Ramadan Iftar Catering in Dubai: Building Your Iftar Buffet

Ramadan Iftar Catering in Dubai: Building Your Iftar Buffet

An Iftar buffet is built around familiar dishes, generous sharing and time together after the fast. Here is how to put one together from our menus, course by course.

Start gently

Lentil soup is a natural first dish at Iftar, followed by salads such as fattouch, and Levantine appetizers like hummus and samboosa.

Emirati dishes at the centre

Ramadan tables call for the dishes families grew up with. Our menus include harees, threed, chicken madrooba, chicken saloona and prawn machboos, and you can set them beside biryani, Persian grills and International dishes for guests who want variety.

Sweet endings and drinks

  • Traditional Emirati desserts such as asidat tamor, alongside um ali and kunafa.

  • Laban, Arabic coffee and karak, with fresh juice.

Choosing the package

For a family Iftar, the Select Menu (AED 150 per person) or the Signature Menu (AED 175 per person) usually gives enough choice. For a large company Iftar or a community gathering, the Exclusive Menu (AED 215 per person) offers six main courses and five desserts.

Majlis gatherings and Eid

The same approach works for Ghabga evenings in the majlis and for Eid celebrations. Add service staff if you would like the buffet looked after while you host.

Pick your dishes on the menu page and send them to us with your date, location and guest count. If your Iftar is on a set date, it helps to ask early.
