Every Table 5 buffet starts with a package. The package sets the price per person and how many dishes you choose from each course. You then pick those dishes yourself from five cuisines: Emirati, Levantine, Persian, Indian and International.

Select Menu, AED 150 per person: 2 soups and salads, 3 appetizers, 4 main courses, 2 side dishes, 3 desserts and 2 beverages.
Signature Menu, AED 175 per person: 3 soups and salads, 4 appetizers, 5 main courses, 2 side dishes, 4 desserts and 2 beverages.
Exclusive Menu, AED 215 per person: 4 soups and salads, 5 appetizers, 6 main courses, 3 side dishes, 5 desserts and 3 beverages.
Which package suits your event
The Select Menu is a balanced buffet for office lunches, casual gatherings and everyday events. The Signature Menu is an elevated selection for formal occasions and premium gatherings. The Exclusive Menu is the most extensive, made for weddings, VIP hospitality and grand celebrations.
A simple way to decide: the more varied your guest list, the more main courses you will want. Six main courses on the Exclusive Menu leave room for an Emirati dish, a Persian grill, an Indian curry and more on the same table.
Working out the cost
Multiply the package price by your guest count. For example, 80 guests on the Signature Menu comes to AED 14,000 (80 × AED 175). Service staff and seating are extras: a waiter or waitress is AED 265 each, and tables and chairs come in three options at AED 26, AED 50 or AED 75 per person.
