Planning a Wedding Buffet in the UAE: A Simple Checklist

Planning a Wedding Buffet in the UAE: A Simple Checklist

A wedding buffet has to please a long and varied guest list. These are the decisions to make, in the order that makes the rest easier.

1. Settle the date, the place and the guest count

Everything else follows from these three. The guest count sets the cost, the place tells us what the setup needs, and the date lets us confirm the team for your event. We cater anywhere in the UAE.

2. Choose the package

Most weddings suit the Exclusive Menu at AED 215 per person: it gives the widest choice in every course, with 6 main courses, 5 appetizers and 5 desserts. For a smaller engagement or family celebration, the Signature Menu at AED 175 per person is a good fit.

3. Mix the cuisines

Weddings bring generations and families together, so mix the five cuisines on one buffet. Pair Emirati classics such as chicken madrooba and threed with Persian grills, Levantine mezze like hummus and fattouch, an Indian biryani and a few International dishes, so every guest finds a favourite.

Five cuisines on one table, so every guest finds a favourite.

4. Plan the desserts and drinks

Finish with something sweet, such as um ali or kunafa, and serve Arabic coffee and karak alongside fresh juice.

5. Add service and seating

Service staff are AED 265 per waiter or waitress, and tables and chairs come in three options at AED 26, AED 50 or AED 75 per person. Adding them means the food, the tables and the service all come from one team.

6. Send it all in one request

Pick your dishes on the menu page and send them with your date, location and guest count through the quote form or on WhatsApp. We confirm the details with you and prepare your quote.
